Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery: We estimate 5-6 business days from the time the order is placed to leave our warehouse. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your order ships.


Returns & Replacements: 14 days to return any item that is unused with original packaging. Purchasing party is responsible for round-trip shipping to and from MultiSports warehouse. Replacements will be provided free of charge if an item is deemed as a manufacture defect that prevents the item being from used for its intended purpose. Returns must be shipped on MultiSports account unless otherwise noted.

Warranty

All warranty claims will require a picture be sent to support@multisportsfitness.com. From there, it will be determined if we require the product to be sent back to the MultiSports warehouse or not. Purchasing party is responsible for round-trip shipping to and from the MultiSports warehouse for all warranty claims.
